T-Mobile has only started taking preorders for the latest iPhone model, the iPhone SE, less than a week ago. Interested customers can purchase the new 4-inch iPhone from the Un-carrier either through paying the full retail price or with monthly installments with no down payment.
The iPhone SE, however, has now been included by T-Mobile in a wider iPhone promotional offer that will allow customers to purchase certain models of Apple's smartphone at half the price.
The deal, which accompanies the launch of the iPhone SE, will allow subscribers to get a second iPhone at a 50 percent discount with a new line. The discount will come in the form of a prepaid MasterCard card that will contain an amount of half the price tag of the second iPhone.
The offer does not only include the iPhone SE, as it is also good for the iPhone 6s, the iPhone 6s Plus, the iPhone 6, the iPhone 6 Plus, the iPhone 5s and the iPhone 5c.
The second iPhone that will be purchased by customers under the deal, however, should have equal or lesser value compared to the first iPhone. The deal is also open to customers that have already sent in their preorders for the iPhone SE.
T-Mobile, however, noted that the offer is only limited to the stocks that the carrier has available for the iPhones. In addition, the new line that will be added through the deal should remain active until at least July 15 of this year.
Another offer that T-Mobile is said to be launching soon are the Simple Choice Data Only plans, which allows subscribers to access data through the carrier at various capacities. The offer begins at 2 GB of data for $20 a month and goes up to 22 GB of data for $95 a month.
In addition to the data, subscribers that sign up for the plans will also be able to enjoy unlimited texting.
