Arrow will make its return on The CW on Wednesday, and to celebrate the season 4 midseason premiere, actor Stephen Amell released a new trailer on his Facebook page that teases the events that will unfold in the next few episodes.
The trailer further shows how our hero Oliver Queen (Amell) will stop at nothing to get revenge against Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), following the initial trailer that was released by The CW last week.
Queen says that the villain could be winning because he hasn't been able to go far enough. This all might change when after we (hopefully) find out the fate of Felicity and they come face-to-face.
The two-minute sizzle reel also teases the return of Roy Harper (Colton Haynes), lots of action and some impressive explosions.
Directed by Jesse Warn and written by Oscar Balderrama and Sarah Tarkoff, the official episode synopsis is as follows:
Oliver (Stephen Amell) must deal with the devastating consequences of Darhk's (guest star Neal McDonough) last attack. Seeking revenge, Oliver goes on a brutal manhunt looking for Darhk.
This CW will be featuring a massive DC Comics week, which includes the premiere of season 2 of The Flash and a new special called Dawn of the Justice League that will explore the DC Cinematic Universe on Tuesday, followed by the midseason premiere of Arrow on Wednesday and the premiere of DC's Legends of Tomorrow on Thursday.
Arrow returns on Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW. The Check of the new Arrow trailer below.
