The CW released a new trailer for the midseason premiere of its hit superhero series Arrow.
The midseason finale left off with Felicity's life in danger after being shot. According to the extended trailer, season 4 will pick right back up where it left off, with doctors rushing to stabilize her.
However, the damage has already been done, and has set Oliver off to go down the path of revenge.
"Now I know it's not my fault," Queen says. "It's my responsibility to end it."
Will he lose his humanity as he embarks on this new mission?
However, all the violence won't take away his pain. Thea informs her brother that Felicity has come out of surgery, but it still doesn't look good for her. Just when we think she hasn't been killed off, we then see Oliver standing over a grave.
Still, the name on the gravestone has not yet been revealed. While there is always hope, we are pretty sure Felicity's fate will finally be revealed.
The official episode synopsis is as follows:
Oliver must deal with the devastating consequences of Darhk's (guest star Neal McDonough) last attack. Seeking revenge, Oliver goes on a brutal manhunt looking for Dahrk.
Starring Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, Katie Cassidy as Dinah "Laurel" Lance, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, John Barrowman as Malcom Merlyn, with Paul Blackthorne as Detective Lance, the midseason premiere is set to air on Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
