Star Wars: Battlefront already looks like someone slapped a real-life mod on it, but that still wasn't good enough for modders. This isn't the first attempt at cranking up the graphical fidelity on the recently released shooter, but it might be the prettiest.
YouTube star Jackfrags shared a video of the Star Wars: Battlefront Real Life Mod, a modified version of SweetFX. The 4K video with a pace of 60 frames per second, is set to a piano cover of the Pixies' hit "Where is My Mind?" played by YouTuber vkgoeswild.
It's virtual tourism at its finest. The video is a collection of gameplay clips from Battlefront's Hoth, Endor and Tatooine all polished up with the mod.

That sultry three and a half minutes of graphical goodness emerges after another Star Wars Battlefront mod was teased.
The Star Wars: Battlefront with Toddyhancer looks so good, it may be hard to dismiss it as anything other than a bit of Photoshop magic, but the man behind the mod, Martin Bergman, has come through in the past with the Toddyhancer mod for Grand Theft Auto V.
"The mod drains around 30-40 FPS," Martin says. "I will release it for public use!"
Martin is already on build 2 of the cinematic mod. He has released more pictures, but still no video. That along with just how good the screenshots look can keep the Battlefront community asserting that mod isn't real.
While the Battlefront community ogles over these beautiful modifications, many are still disappointed in the game beneath the art. For those who feel the game is too easy and too simple, Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen recently stated that gameplay's high degree of accessibility was associated with its teen rating.
"So, an 8-year-old could play with his father on the couch, as well as a teenager or 20-year-old could play the game and enjoy it," Jorgensen said. "It is more accessible. And for the hardcore, it may not have the depth that they wanted in the game."
