It's a day before the long-awaited Oct. 27 release of WWE 2K16.
However, WWE 2K is going to crank up the promotion right until the title officially hits stores. On Monday, the minds at 2K unleashed a video, unveiling the game's set of new online features ... and let's just say they're a vast assortment of options.
The new online mode boasts extra match types, including everything from a basic one on one match to a two on two, a Fatal 4-Way, 6-Man and Triple Threat, with options such as Extreme Rules, Falls Count Anywhere and TLC (Tables, Ladders and Chairs) to pick within that.
Gamers can also warm up in a match while waiting for an opponent to join in with the revamped online features, as well as set up to play a list of WWE 2K16 dynamic events.
Gamers can also create and customize their overall 2K experience in online mode, from downloading characters and personalizing them via the title's My Career mode.
The broadened online function also shows how easy it is for the WWE Universe and gamers alike to team up for a tag match. A simple message could pave the way for that, as you could pair with a friend or stranger to dominate the tag team ranks.
There's even an option for a private match, an exclusive one-on-one bout against a friend. Check out the video above to explore all of the possibilities in the new online mode for WWE 2K16.
