Love it or hate it, there is no denying the developers at Rocksteady spent a long time perfecting both the look and the gameplay of the Batmobile in Batman: Arkham Knight. It's driving mode is reminiscent of the tumbler Batmobile used in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight trilogy but with a splash of old-school batmobile flair. Then there is the tank mode, which lets Batman dish out some serious damage to armored vehicles and drones.
This go-kart version of the Arkham Knight Batmobile doesn't transform into a nimble tank, but it sure does look cool. The folks over at Super Gamer Builds started with your everyday two-seat go-kart. From there they applied new wheels, added to the vehicle frame and, of course, painted everything black. All in all, it took the talented team of prop builders seven weeks to put the entire package together.
The results are a dream come true for one lucky fan, who won the opportunity to take the go-kart home after winning a contest that had him posing for a picture with his new Batman: Arkham Knight PlayStation 4 bundle.
He definitely looks happy as he drives the go-kart around, saying it feels like he is operating a tank. If that's the case, it sounds like the team at Super Gamer Builds did their jobs right.
