Janet Jackson's resolve is "Unbreakable" when it comes to copyright issues.
Reports have recently surfaced as regards Instagram videos and accounts that are being deleted for non-compliance with copyright rules. These videos and accounts happen to contain footage of Jackson's performance in her current "Unbreakable" tour.
Instagram sent out emails to account holders stating that their uploads have violated copyrights. Jackson performs songs that are licensed to her self-owned music label, Rhythm Nation Records, which recently partnered with BMG Rights Management. This goes without saying that she owns the rights to her music and gets first dibs on whether or not (or where) it can be distributed.
Fans took to Twitter to express their thoughts on losing even non-Janet Jackson content on their profiles.

An Instagram spokesperson gave an update and stated that only "repeat infringers" would have their Instagram account subject to deletion. A bug was responsible for accounts getting unnecessarily deleted, but that Instagram was in the process of restoring accounts that were affected.
North America is the first continent to be lined up for the multiple Grammy Award winner's "Unbreakable World Tour." The tour is meant to tie-in with the release of her upcoming album, due out this Fall. The first leg kicked off on Aug. 31 in Vancouver, BC, while the last show is set for Nov. 12 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Additional worldwide concerts will be announced at a later date.
