As one of the most anticipated games of the year, Fallout 4 already has gamers hooked.
If you're a Fallout fan, you're going to get Fallout 4, am I right? It's a foregone conclusion.
The game looks spectacular, and if it lives up to the hype, it'll have enough content to keep gamers busy for months. It's going to be an overnight bestseller, so you have to wonder why Bethesda feels the need to spend big money advertising it. But hey, at least we're getting some fun entertainment out of it.
Take this new live-action trailer, for example. It shows a generic male protagonist exploring the wastelands, engaging in some gunplay, searching for loot and enjoying spending time with his faithful canine companion. It goes by far too fast, but it's quite beautiful in its own way.
Fallout has always been known for its cheeky tone, contrasting scenes of nuclear destruction and bloody action against an optimistic 1950s vibe. This is evident in the new trailer thanks to a cover of Dion's classic radio hit "The Wanderer."
What says nuclear apocalypse better than a swinging 1960s tune about a traveler with commitment issues?
Fallout 4 arrives for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on Nov. 10, 2015.
