Funny or Die's Emmy Nominated series Billy on The Street, a show known to ambush random people in the streets with questions and quizzes for amazing gifts or cash, brought Chris Pratt to the streets of New York City to ask one simple question in exchange for a dollar: "Do you know who this is?" Surprisingly, despite his widely successful career, most of the folks they ambushed had no idea who he is, and the one person that did wasn't quite as excited as you think someone meeting a huge star would be.
Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that the charming Andy Dwyer from the highly acclaimed NBC series Parks and Recreation, Owen Grady, the Velociraptor Alpha in Jurassic World, Starlord in Guardians of the Galaxy, Emmet in the Lego Movie are characters portrayed by actor Chris Pratt, right? Wrong.
No, he's not Liam Hemsworth or otherwise, and he's not Chris Evans either. And despite Billy's jest that he is Josh Duhamel, that's not who he is either. He is Chris Pratt, the charming leading man who will once again excite and entertain us with the Jurassic World and Guardians of the Galaxy sequels.
Known for playing characters that are lighthearted and cheerful, Chris Pratt's star has been on the rise in recent years and will probably continue rising in years to come. From playing humble secondary roles in movies such as The Five-Year Engagement and What's Your Number, Chris Pratt's charm and talent has brought him to the A-list through his lead roles in Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World. He has become quite the bright leading man that for a while now, rumors have been going around that he would be the next bearer of Indiana Jones' bullwhip. Although Spielberg has recently stated that the fifth Indy movie will probably still star Harrison Ford, let's face it, Chris Pratt definitely has the talent to fill Ford's shoes.
