Facebook techs must want to be woken up when September ends. For the third time in weeks, Facebook was down again, causing the website to load extremely slow and leaving hundreds of users unable to access the app or the site all together.
Many took to another social media platform of choice to air out their frustrations on not being able to access their book of faces for some hours. Some took it in stride while others were downright lost without a “like” button to click on.
Here's how netizens reacted on Twitter, sharing their woes with the #facebookdown hashtag:
Some related the downtime to other current news events in a jovial manner.
With #FacebookDown, Twitter has decided to take in 7,000 K Facebookers as refugees.
