Want a 370-inch TV? Sure, just spend $1.7 million

UK-based manufacturer Titan has made the world's largest television called the Zeus. Users can own one but they will have to spend £1 million (around $1.7 million), which includes delivery and installation.

Titan has a number of big TV's on offer. Customers can choose from the 173 inches, 196 inches, 251 inches or the biggest of all - the 370-inch model. The Zeus is eight meters wide and five meters long, which makes it slightly smaller than the size of a football goal post.

The Zeus displays in full 4K resolution and also sports 65 million colors. The TV is best suited for indoor use but Titan claims that the Zeus can also be used outdoors in bright sunlight.

"Titan Technology is engineered to create the most extraordinary home viewing experience on the market. The indoor TV range is designed and optimized for the home environment, creating an astonishing picture quality for viewing film, gaming and sport. Our screens are simply the biggest domestic televisions available anywhere," per Titan.

The mega TV has been launched just before the FIFA World Cup starting on June 12 in Brazil. The jumbo TV will definitely be too big to fit in most of the living rooms, but Titan will hope to grab a few orders from companies who may put them up for public display.

A user can control the TV with gestures and the mammoth screen can also work in "panel format," which allows viewers to enjoy up to 20 channels anytime. What's more, the TV is touch sensitive as well!

According to the DailyMail, the Zeus is pre-built with dynamic computer-generated imagery (CGI) aquarium, which means that when it is ideal it will show a big fish tank. The Zeus is also the only TV in the entire world that adjusts its brightness as well as display color depending on the light in the room where it is installed.

"We have assembled the best screen technologists in the country to hand build a British-made screen which would not only be the biggest but the most extraordinary ever conceived," says Anthony Ganjou, chief executive of Titan. 'Following the interest in the launch range of our ultra-high end 173 inch domestic screens we decided to create something iconic and the team spent six months building the million pound screen."

Titan says that it will build only four units of the Zeus, out of which two units have already been pre-sold.
