When it comes to a child's playroom, anyone, everyone and everything is ready to battle. Teddy bears go up against toy soldiers and stuffed kittens go up against He-Man.
Toy Soldiers: War Chest brings those imaginative battles to epic life in a video game by mixing strategy, tower defense and action to see which toys come out on top in the battle for the playroom.
"Lead from the strategic level, placing and upgrading turrets, or take direct command of your units and heroes to deliver assaults," reads the official Toy Soldiers: War Chest website. "Customize your loadout before battle and upgrade your arsenal while fighting through the main campaign, or grab a friend and take the fight online in multiplayer."

The Toy Soldiers franchise started in 2010 as part of the original Xbox's arcade service. Toy Soldiers: War Chest is the third game in the franchise and follows the previous two games in story, action and gameplay.
Some of the characters you can pit in battle against each other in Toy Soldiers: War Chest includes these armies: Kaiser (the World War II German forces), Starbright (fairies, unicorns and teddy bears), Phantom and Dark Lord. If you purchase the Hall of Fame edition of the game, you also get the Assassins Creed Brotherhood (including Ezio Auditore), G.I. Joe and Cobra.
"Toy Soldiers is a unique blend of tower defense and strategy, and Toy Soldiers: War Chest makes the toy box eternal, letting gamers face off against rival toys and friends to determine which army will reign victorious," said Chris Early, Ubisoft's VP of digital publishing to the BitBag. "There's something very satisfying about combining strategy with seriously fun gameplay, like taking out the Kaiser's troops with a laser-shooting teddy bear."
The game features a total of 15 maps and campaigns, as well as split-screen action and co-op for multiplayer gameplay.
Toy Soldiers: War Chest is available now via digital download for $14.99, with the deluxe Hall of Fame digital and physical edition retailing for $29.99.
