Sit back and enjoy the show! It's the sequel to the Twitter war between mobile moguls Marcelo Claure of Sprint and John Legere of T-Mobile.
The CEO's were once again taunting each other on social media with a series of tweets that are uncharacteristic of businessmen of their stature.
While Legere has been known to use colorful, rebellious exchanges online, Claure, for the most part, was courteous and even amusing in his exchanges thus far with his rival.
But on Tuesday, Claure couldn't seem to contain himself with this overnight taunt using a popular #StraightOuttaCompton meme to drive home his point that T-Mobile came in last in a network performance study among the U.S. top four mobile carriers.
@sprint we just keep #gettingbettereveryday. Improving our network sorry @JohnLegere and #Twho YOU ARE LAST AGAIN pic.twitter.com/5a9qUsZ7VR

Not to take a hit lying down, Legere was quick to fire back.
.@marceloclaure straight outta ideas.

I get that you’re proud of this bullshit, antiquated report, @marceloclaure – but you still came in 4th https://t.co/R90NBTzTyN — John Legere (@JohnLegere) August 18, 2015
Clearly starting to get the hang of the whole social media thing, Claure has been using the hashtag #gettingbettereveryday in many of his Twitter posts, including those directed at Legere.
And hours later, Legere was still on Twitter, taking jabs at his Sprint nemesis in this exchange between the combatting CEOs.
Its 10pm ..That's about 2 hours before @marceloclaure of @sprint usually should just stop and sleep but goes on Twitter #countdowntobabbling

.@marceloclaure let's meet up. You can thank me with a great dinner, then we can hunt the customer birds in the silly VZ commercial :) — John Legere (@JohnLegere) August 19, 2015
So far, the battle has yet again died down, but who knows when the next outburst will erupt? Better keep that popcorn ready for round 3.
