Cybernetic Enhanced Villain KGBeast Appearing In 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'?

Will KGBeast show up in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice? New reports seem to point to this. If the character does appear, it would mean our heroes are going to have their hands full.

From what we understand, actor Callan Mulvey will take on the role of Anatoli Knyazev, a.k.a. the KGBeast. This villain is mainly a problem for the Batman in the comics, but this time around, he might be an issue for everyone.

Heroic Hollywood reports the KGBeast is one of Lex Luthor's chief mercenaries, and he is tasked with watching over the metahumans.

In the comics, the KGBeast is a super villain who wears a costume with cybernetic enhancements. It increases strength and agility, making him more than a match for the Batman.

He first appeared in the comic Ten Nights of the Beast, where he killed 10 high-ranking officials in the United States, which includes the president. Despite trying almost everything, the Batman was unable to stop The Beast from killing the majority of his targets.

At one point, the KGBeast released a poisonous toxin at a party that killed over 100 people. He did this to ensure his intended target was killed and did not care about the innocent lives.

This should give folks a clear idea of what type of monster KGBeast is, so if he should show up in the movie, fans could be in for a treat. We're not certain if the character will have an enormous role to play due to how crowded things are, but we would love for him to.

At the moment, though, this is just a rumor. For all we know, Warner Bros. may never introduce KGBeast into the DC Entertainment Universe, although we see no reason why the studio shouldn't. The character is interesting, and he can go toe-to-toe with the Batman any day of the week.

Maybe the plan is to save the character for the standalone Batman movie with Ben Affleck at the helm.
