Why Zack Snyder's Son Could Be Jason Todd In 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'

The rumors of Eli Snyder being Robin/Jason Todd are circling the Web like a hurricane with intent. However, could he really be, and would Zack Snyder cast his own son as Robin?

If we look at the past, Zack Snyder has thrown his son, Eli Snyder, into several movies he directed. Many fans might not have known this, because who read the credits after a film has ended?

Don't believe us? Alright, then. Remember young Leonidas in 300, the boy who killed the black wolf? That's Eli Snyder. He didn't have any lines, but his acting at the time was believable enough.

The next movie he made an appearance in was Watchmen. He looked completely different in this one, but it was all due to the makeup to make him look like a ginger. Oh, by the way, gingers do have souls.

He appeared as a young Rorschach living with a mother who sells herself for money.

The last film he showed up in was Sucker Punch, as one of the Tommy Soldiers. It was a smaller role compared with his two previous films, but nonetheless another Zack Snyder movie.

After looking at all the past evidence, it is safe to say Eli Snyder could definitely be Robin in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It could be him, not Tim Drake or Dick Grayson, but Jason Todd, the Robin who died by the hands of the Joker.

One of the big questions that need answering is whether or not Eli Snyder has the acting chops to play Robin. In our minds, he does, since we expect him to act as Robin and not as Jason Todd.

A scene where the Joker is beating him senseless then leaves him to die in an explosion shouldn't be too difficult for the young man to pull off. Things would be complicated if Warner Bros. plan to use him as Jason Todd, aka the Red Hood, formerly known as Robin, in the rumored Batman solo film starring Ben Affleck.

We may have to wait until March 25, 2016, to find out more of what is truly happening here. Of course, that's not too far away, is it?
