DC's October Solicitations Reveal A Lois And Clark Reunion

It's been a long time coming, but it looks like DC Comics has a reunion in store for Lois Lane and Clark Kent in its upcoming Superman title Superman: Lois & Clark.

Today, DC announced its upcoming titles for October, 2015, and the reunion of the ultimate super couple, Lois and Clark, is one of the most notable new storylines.

Superman: Lois & Clark #1 begins nine years after DC's Convergence storyline ended, leaving Superman struggling to keep the world free of villains while Lois uncovers something that puts everyone she knows and loves in jeopardy.

In this title, Lois and Clark have a son who learns the true identities of his parents.

Superman: Lois & Clark #1, written by Dan Jurgens with artwork by Lee Weeks, comes out on October 14.

There's also the part where Batman goes full-on god mode:

"As the Darkseid War rages on, Batman's role in Gotham City--and the world-alters drastically as he's forced to accept his new role as a God of Knowledge," states the comic's official description.

October 21 sees the release of Black Canary #5 and the issue's description promises us some insight into the strange mystery that surrounds Ditto, the silent member of Black Canary's rock band. We learned early on that Ditto is important somehow, but now it seems we'll finally learn why. Dinah also goes one-on-one with BO Maeve and DC promises that "it's not gonna' be pretty."

Constantine: The Hellblazer #5 hits stores on October 14 and wraps up the ongoing story started back in the series' debut issue. In issue #5, Constantine finally discovers the ghost serial killer he's been tracking for the past four issues and it's likely the battle against evil will leave him feeling shaken and scarred.

Deathstroke #11 also looks action-packed when Deathstroke takes on the Suicide Squad. In this new issue, he's looking for revenge for events that happened in #10 involving Harley Quinn.
