Power Couple Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Fly Economy In France: Here's Why

Although many Hollywood celebrities seem to lap up their lives of luxury—traveling first class, or even in their private jets all over the globe—Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie could have been mistaken for any other family as they waited at the Charles de Gaulle Airport for two hours before they got on their domestic Air France flight to Cote d'Azur, near Nice where they have a home.

They flew economy, lugging around their own suitcases and putting them up into the overhead storage bins without fuss or fanfare.

According to reports, the Brangelina clan first started their family trip together at LAX where Brad and Angie, with their six kids in tow, were spotted waiting for their flight to the French capital. The kids were said to be well-behaved, and everyone helped each other follow their parents through the airports and connecting flights.

And my, how their boys have grown! The 13-year-old Maddox was spotted wearing a gray flat cap as he helped and chatted with an aide who accompanied them on the flights, while Pax, their second-eldest son was photographed helping Daddy Brad get their bags into the overhead compartment.

Both Mom and Dad were obviously veteran travelers, keeping their clothing simple and comfortable: Brad in a black shirt and lose pants with his signature, off-camera hat hiding his mussed up hair; Angelina looking sophisticated and cool, despite the many hours of traveling with the kids, also in a black top and trousers.

Although the couple did not disclose where they were traveling to or why they booked Economy Class tickets, instead of First or Business Class, it just goes to show how down-to-earth and unassuming the Hollywood power couple can be. When they are not busy making big blockbuster movies, they are just a typical family that likes traveling together.
