Aaron Hernandez Gets "Lifetime" Tattooed On Neck In Prison

Aaron Hernandez seems to be owning up to his future behind bars.

Pleading not guilty in court Thursday for arraignment on charges of intimidating a witness, something about the ex-New England Patriots star tight end looked noticeably different.

That's because Hernandez was sporting a new neck tattoo — and although only the top half was visible, one can clearly make out the words "LIFETIME" scrawled across the top. Under it appears to be a star of some sort — although the bottom half was hidden by his shirt and suit.

The connection, of course, is that Hernandez was found guilty of the first-degree murder of Odin Lloyd and sentenced to life in prison without parole just last month. The fresh ink could only have been needled on his neck in prison.

This shot of Hernandez's new tat started to make the Internet rounds on Thursday afternoon. Take a look.

This comes a day after a separate report surfaced that Hernandez was caught being the lookout man during a prison fight between two fellow inmates at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center on Monday.

Although Hernandez plead not guilty of witness intimidation, he's still being accused of shooting former friend Alexander Bradley in the face in 2013 and awaits a trial for a 2012 double-murder of two Boston-area men, according to Boston.com. Judge Jeffrey Locke said the double-murder trial could start in November.

A "lifetime" of pain.
