Weddings are a big deal. There is so much planning that goes into even a small wedding that it's a little baffling why anybody would want to go through the whole mess to begin with. From choosing which guests to invite, finding a venue, catering and much, much more, the logistics of wedding planning go on and on.
So you could go through all the normal wedding steps and pull your hair out in the process. Or you could let Drew Carey marry you and a hundred other couples during an episode of The Price is Right.
It's as joyous (and as painless) as it sounds. Carey asks all the couples if they are ready to be married, the crowd cheers, and then Carey proceeds to marry every couple at once, wishing them lots of love and happiness.
"In the big wheel of love, may you always spin a dollar," Carey says. "By the power invested in me by the state of California, I now pronounce you all married."
See how easy that is? That took like 15 seconds. No hustle and bustle. No drama. You don't even have to dress up.
It's as simple as letting Drew Carey make people happy, followed by lots of people kissing and clapping. Way more entertaining than your usual wedding. Plus you get to listen to a special "wedding" rendition of the usual The Price is Right theme song. It doesn't get much better than that.
