'Jeopardy' Fail: Only One Contestant Makes It To Final Jeopardy Round And It's Super Awkward

Oh, game shows. How you never cease to amaze us with your ridiculous, hilarious and viral moments. Thursday night's episode of Jeopardy was no exception.

If you've ever watched the game show, you know that your money total has to be above $0 to play in the Final Jeopardy round. That's the round which determines the champion, who gets to live another day on the game show, and the losers, who have to return to their normal lives watching Jeopardy in syndication. If you have a negative score, your journey on the game show ends even before you get to the Final Jeopardy round. It's a real bummer.

Now I know Jeopardy is commonly seen as one of the more difficult game shows to win because knowing the correct answers to the questions (or should I say knowing the correct questions to the answers?) takes a bit of skill and intellect that your typical game show contestant doesn't always have.

But guys. This is ridiculous.

During Thursday night's episode of Jeopardy, only one person made it to the Final Jeopardy round. Brad and Stephanie just couldn't get it together in time to have their scores in the green by the time the Final Jeopardy round arrived. That meant that Kristin, who had amassed $8,400 in the bank, was left to play Final Jeopardy all by her lonesome, effectively winning the game right then and there.

"This was not one of our greatest days," Jeopardy host Alex Trebek said after announcing that neither Brad nor Stephanie would be able to compete in Final Jeopardy.

Yeah, that about sums it up.

Check out the full video below, and you will probably squirm because of how awkward it is.
