There are expected similarities between the homeOS, the iOS, and iPadOS, making it an easy transition for users. The homeOS will also feature the likes of Widgets for quick access to weather, stocks, calendar, reminders and more apps.

Moreover, it will also launch apps similar to the iOS, featuring a grid that resembles the layout of the iPhone's home screen. Like the iPad, there will be a dock for preferred or recently used apps, as well as smart home controls.

It was also revealed that Apple will also reportedly add Apple Intelligence and Siri to the homeOS to help with voice control and give an overall more intelligent and smarter experience.

As of writing, the homeOS is said to not get its version of the App Store, so users would have to rely on built-in apps. It should likewise be noted that Apple has yet to confirm the existence of the homeOS, as of writing.
