The world's first "Miss AI" is reportedly officially Morocco's digital influencer, Kenza Layli, winning roughly $13,000 in prizes from the AI pageant. The prize package included $5,000 cash, support on the world's largest AI developer platform, and a personal publicist, totaling $13,000.
Layli rose to notoriety after impressing a team of judges, including AI-generated personalities Emily Pellegrini and Aitana Lopez. Of course, Layli had to earn the respect of actual people.
Pageant historian Sally-Ann Fawcett and marketing expert Andrew Bloch were also on the panel. Contestants were assessed based on their attractiveness, social media presence, and use of AI techniques in their design.
The participants have no real-world existence. They only exist on social media, particularly Instagram, in photorealistic photographs of beautiful young ladies, all manufactured with a combination of off-the-shelf and custom AI technologies.
Sofia Novales, a member of Lopez's management team, stated that Layli "stood out" from hundreds of other contenders.
Novales believes Layli had excellent face consistency and reached high quality in features such as hands, eyes, and clothes. Layli already had over 130,000 Instagram followers and had collaborated with companies such as Hyundai and Bioderma before winning.

Miss AI's Opponents
But she still had to compete against 1,499 other creators for the title. Entries flooded in worldwide, with artisans from Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas contending for first place.
Two fierce opponents, France's Lalina Valina and Portugal's Olivia C, finished barely behind in second and third place, respectively. Layli accepted the accolade with a computer-generated speech.
The pageant, hosted by the World AI Creator Awards (WAICA) in cooperation with Fanvue, aims to recognize the achievements of AI innovators worldwide.
According to reports, the runner-up will get a $5,000 cash reward, $500 in free participation in an Imagine Education course, and PR help worth more than $2,500.
Likewise, the third-place winner receives $2,000, a $500 consulting call from Imagine Education, plus a $500 Fanvue promotion package.
The competition aims to recognize the technical knowledge and effort that go into creating digital influencer personalities worldwide, and WAICA has waived the registration cost.
AI and Modelling
This event also provides information on AI's possible influence on industries such as modeling and fashion. Advocates reportedly argue that the growing use of AI in fashion modeling exposes variety in all shapes and sizes, allowing buyers to make more personalized shopping decisions and reducing fashion waste from returned products.
Furthermore, digital modeling saves organizations money and creates opportunities for people who want to work in the technology industry.
However, others are concerned that using computer models would push away genuine models and other industry professionals like makeup artists and photographers. It is also feasible to trick customers into believing that AI models are real, and organizations may claim credit for reaching diversity objectives without employing real people.
