Mark Gurman, the renowned Apple analyst from Bloomberg, revealed that it is expected that Apple's 'Let Loose' iPad event will only run for about 35 minutes come the showcase. It is also expected that this will be a pre-recorded event that the company will stream via its platforms to bring the latest developments on its new iPads.

This 35-minute runtime would introduce the company to the latest tablets and the accessories that are speculated to come with them.

The event will take place this Tuesday, May 7, and will begin its stream at 7 AM Pacific Time, with Apple holding its livestream on its website and via YouTube.

What Can You Expect From the 'Let Loose' iPad Event?

The 'Let Loose' event will be iPad-dedicated. The showcase's logo will feature a colorful illustration that emphasizes the Apple Pencil.

Firstly, the M3-powered iPad Pro will feature a new OLED screen. Some believe it will now be landscape-oriented with the front camera on the sides and a matte screen option available.

Next is the iPad Air, which will get the M2 and a new 12.9-inch variant.

Lastly, the Apple Pencil 3 with squeeze gesture and USB-C, the new Magic Keyboard enclosed in aluminum, and several enhancements will also be announced.

Apple's iPad 2024 Predictions, Speculations

Apple's expected annual iPad event stopped in 2023. 2024 was said to be the year with new iPad models to be released, speculated for its usual March event, but it did not happen two months ago. That being said, it was first said to be moved to April, but that did not come either, with Apple keeping to its wits about the iPad showcase until last month's announcement.

It was later revealed that May will be the month for the 2024 iPad releases. Previous reports believe that the iPad Pro will receive a price increase this year, given its new M3 chipset and OLED screen.

On the other hand, massive changes are also coming to the iPad Air, which will now be a two-variant release focusing on two sizes.

There would be four iPads to expect from the upcoming 'Let Loose' this Tuesday, also showcasing two new accessories for the devices, with the event running for only 35 minutes for these massive releases.
