These select participants will get an A1 Apple treatment.

Apple's upcoming WWDC 2024 has now selected its in-person participants, composed of students and developers who will join the company in the festivities taking place this June at Apple Park.

This special event will feature a pre-recorded keynote stream featuring Apple CEO Tim Cook and other executives introducing the company's latest developments.

It also came after Apple accepted invitations last April 3, with developers undergoing a lottery process for their invitation to the event.

Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference will have an in-person event, but it was only available for a lottery selection process to which Cupertino already sent out invitations for all participants who won.

Developers who received the invitation are now sharing it online and what Apple has in store for them come June 10.

Paul Hudson, a developer, is now alerting other participants to check an email from Apple regarding the invitation to the June 10 event. Apple shared that the keynote would be watched live.

Students, developers, and the public were given the chance to apply for the event to have them selected by the company, spending the first day of the event surrounded by Cupertino's employees.

What can you expect at Apple Park's special in-person event?

Apple has the entire day planned for the in-person attendees of the WWDC 2024, one that will have them watch the entire keynote that Cupertino executives pre-recorded. It will bring news about software updates and more developments from the company.

Moreover, Apple has planned "special developer activities" for people to experience at the event, but what will occur remains unknown.

Other days extend WWDC 2024, with Apple planning another round of special activities for all to try out.

Apple's WWDC 2024: What Will Be Revealed

The WWDC of every year is known for delivering the significant developments of the Cupertino company to the world, centering on the upcoming software updates.

This includes the most anticipated update for iOS 18, said to bring the biggest update there is to the iPhone, alongside the iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and more from the company.

However, it is rare that Apple reveals devices at WWDC events, and it took place last year when the company unveiled its Vision Pro mixed-reality headset.

For this year, no speculated devices are coming to the WWDC 2024 showcase.

That being said, the company has more to offer the world and its participants at the WWDC event, especially with the opportunity to meet with Apple experts and engineers alongside other planned experiences.

Special activities are in place for people who will attend the festivities in person, followed by the Apple Design Awards and a dinner shouldered by the company.
