Super Bowl XLIX certainly had some buzz-worthy moments, such as Katy Perry's Pepsi Halftime Show performance and the fight between the Patriots and the Seahawks before the Pats took home the trophy. After all the excitement, leave it to Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon to keep on entertaining.
During The Tonight Show broadcast from the Orpheum Theater in Phoenix, Arizona on Sunday night, Fallon brought out comedians Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart to compete in an epic "Super Bowl of lip sync battle," bigger than the other battles before. (We still love you Emma Stone!)
Sporting a Seattle Seahawks sweatshirt, Ferrell was up at bat first with Queen Bey's "Drunk in Love." Starting on his knees, you can just imagine Ferrell in the sand as he lip-synched his heart out to the smash hit. He even did his version of the surfboard move.
"You can never un-see that," Fallon said. He, too, starting his song on the floor, as he rocked out to Kelly Clarkson's "Since You've Been Gone," dropping the mic at the end of his performance.
Hart was up next, hilariously having to adjust the mic. Dedicating the song to his true love, Hart passionately lip synced "All Of Me" by John Legend.
For the second round, Ferrell stuck with the Super Bowl theme, lip syncing to Idina Menzel's (who sang the national anthem) "Let It Go," and course, he had to pronounce her name wrong. His performance was so reminiscent of Buddy from "Elf," and even included a little glitter.
Fallon took the competition up a notch by bringing in surprise guest Drew Barrymore to serenade the audience to "(I've Had) The Time of My Life," even completing the iconic lift with the help of a floor matt.
Even though Hart ended the round with Katy Perry's "Roar," Fallon and Barrymore's smooth moves stole the show.
