‘Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions’ is Bringing the Wizarding World’s Most Famous Sports to Muggles

WB Games is ramping up its experiences to the Wizarding World.

For the love of Quidditch and the Wizarding World, WB Games has announced the latest game in the franchise, centering on an online and multiplayer sports game called "Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions." The Warner Bros. Games company is now inviting gamers to try out the game and join its playtests, one that would provide an early experience of the new title.

Quidditch is one of the most famous sports in the Wizarding World as part of the Harry Potter lore, now seeing a standalone game to feature what it brings for all.

'Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions' Game is Launching Soon for All

WB Games have released a new teaser regarding a new game surrounding the magical franchise, with "Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions" now confirmed to bring the legendary sport to gamers. The publishers are now calling upon the Beaters, Chasers, Keepers, and Seekers all around the world to take part in this iconic experience to play Quidditch for the first time.

What sets the new game apart from other titles in the franchise which featured Quidditch in their games is that this will center only on the sport, in an online, multiplayer experience for all.

Seeing the trailer hints that it will focus on the Hogwarts pitch for Quidditch, and players would be representing their preferred House teams to play the games. Still, it is yet unknown what positions would be available to play from the four aforementioned.

WB Games wants you to Join Playtests for 'Quidditch Champions'

There is not much information from WB Games, but the company is now inviting people to sign up for the pre-registration for the playtest.

It was also not mentioned when WB Games would release the Quidditch Champions game, but it already released FAQs for more information about it. Since this would not take any story or event from the novel and movie adaptations of Harry Potter, it is not involving the controversial author of the Harry Potter franchise, J.K. Rowling.

Unbroken Studios and Portkey Games are developing Quidditch Champions.

The 'Harry Potter' Franchise

It has been a long time since the "Harry Potter" novel and movie franchise ended, and it has been many years that fans have been feeling a hangover from it, especially for what it brought to the world. While there are many interactive platforms present on the internet to capture the Wizarding World, there is still a lot it misses out on, but Pottermore promises to expand more for all.

Past adaptations of "Harry Potter" into a game have allowed players to experience an action role-playing game to capture the story and plot of the books and movies, but not have focused on Quidditch as much as fans want.

Good thing is that there were previous mods in the likes of "Halo 5: Master Chief," where players may experience Quidditch in almost its full glory in the Xbox game.

The broomstick experience is not only limited to flying witches and wizards, taking them from point A to point, B, as it also provides a source of entertainment for the Harry Potter lore's inter-house and international sporting industry. WB Games is offering the world a chance to represent Hogwarts' House as a Quidditch player, with this new game allowing players to build their team and battle it out on the flying field.
