The Apple-Samsung relationship is now being compared to an unhappy marriage.
Apple and Samsung are among the top gadget makers in the tech market. Instead of their relationship, they are more well-known for their competition.
The Samsung Galaxy and iPhone are usually the ones being compared with one another. But, despite their intense competition, many tech experts consider their power struggle as the tech industry's unhappiest marriage.
Apple-Samsung Relationship Compared to Unhappy Marriage
According to Sam Mobile's latest report, Apple and Samsung are still competing against each other.
They are fiercely releasing new advanced smartphones every year to see which one offers the best handset experience.
Their competition commonly leads to court hearings. Although this is the case, Apple and Samsung are still considered in a relationship.
This is because Apple relies on Samsung's advanced displays, which are integrated into its iOS smartphones and other gadgets.
However, even though Samsung provides its efficient screens to Apple, the gadget maker still distrusts the iPhone developer.
Samsung Distrusts Apple
The information reported that Samsung takes its competition against Apple quite seriously. Because of this, the Galaxy smartphone maker distrusts the iPhone maker.
This is noticeable since Samsung doesn't allow Apple engineers inside its manufacturing facilities. Back in 2017, Apple's engineers decided to meet with Samsung's display division team.
However, their meet-up didn't go well because Samsung didn't allow them to enter its facilities and office buildings.
Samsung even asked Apple employees to return to their hotel rooms to communicate with their Samsung counterparts.
With all these details, you can say that Apple and Samsung are like a married couple in a rocky relationship.
However, they can't break up because they also benefit from each other.
