New Color

"People love their iPhone and rely on it every day for all that they do, and now there's an exciting addition to the lineup with a new yellow iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus," Bob Borchers, Apple's vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing, said in a press release statement.

"The extraordinary battery life, lightweight design, pro-level camera and video features, groundbreaking safety capabilities like Emergency SOS via satellite, and all iOS 16 has to offer to make iPhone 14 a great option for anyone in the market for a new iPhone."

Starting March 10th at 8 AM Eastern, customers in over 60 countries, including the US, UK, and Canada, will be able to pre-order the yellow iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus.

The new models will be available on March 14th and will come alongside new silicone case colors that include a canary yellow.

Although the iPhone 5c and iPhone 11 had yellow options, the modern iPhone design has not been available in this color until now. Previously, customers had to settle for subdued tones outside of Product Red models.

The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus comes with a durable aerospace-grade aluminum design that is water- and dust-resistant, with a Ceramic Shield front cover that is tougher than any other smartphone glass.

This provides protection from common spills and accidents. Additionally, both models include an updated internal design for better sustained performance, making them suitable for heavy workloads and high-powered gaming.

The Super Retina XDR display with OLED technology supports 1200 nits of peak HDR brightness, along with support for Dolby Vision.

The larger display on the iPhone 14 Plus is ideal for watching content, streaming Apple Fitness+ workouts, and playing games. It boasts the longest battery life of any iPhone ever, making it ideal for extended use.

Both models include a dual-camera system for capturing stunning photos and videos, the powerful A15 Bionic chip, and innovative safety features such as Emergency SOS via satellite and Crash Detection.

Apple's iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus come in six colors, including midnight, starlight, red, blue, purple, and the all-new yellow.
