Here's how their feud started in the first place.

Elon Musk and ex-NASA astronaut Scott Kelly are not really on good terms as of this writing because Kelly called out the billionaire on Twitter.

In his viral tweet, the retired naval aviator said that Ukraine desperately needs Starlink satellites to be fully functional.

"Defense from a genocidal invasion is not an offensive capability. It's survival. Innocent lives will be lost. You can help. Thank you," said Kelly via his Twitter post.

However, Elon Musk explained why he will not restore the Starlink service in Ukraine.

Elon Musk said that he knows that Starlink is the communication backbone of Ukraine, especially since another internet connectivity has been cut off.

However, Musk added that he will not do an act (restoring Starlink) that could lead to the start of WW3 (World War III).

Aside from this, the billionaire also said that SpaceX's Starlink is a private internet service. This means that the broadband network should not be used for military purposes.

He further stated that they are trying to do the right thing, even if the "'right thing' is an extremely difficult moral question."

In the comment section, many Twitter users agreed with Elon's decision. One of the said that Starlink hasn't been completely pulled out of Ukraine.

This is true. But, SpaceX recently limited Starlink access to Ukraine's military, especially when it comes to using the internet service to control drones.

The Feud Continues

As of press time, the issue between Elon Musk and Scott Kelly still continues.

According to Futurism, Elon Musk posted another tweet a few hours after responding to the ex-NASA astronaut.

He said that he knows some of the most intelligent people that still believe the media.
Although Musk didn't tag Scott, the statement is clearly for him. You can click this link to see other people's responses.

Aside from responding to Kelly's tweets, Elon Musk is also busy with other stuff.

Recently, Elon Musk's Galaxy S23 Ultra camera zoom reaction went viral on Twitter.

He also tried locking his Twitter account to see if the viral hack, which allegedly makes your profile more visible, really works.
