After its showcase during CES 2023, Lenovo is pushing the idea of a two-screen laptop in an upgraded version of the YogaBook 9i.
Lenovo announced that its flagship laptop, the Lenovo Yoga 9i, will soon receive an upgrade with a special set of features intended to boost computer enthusiasts working in the creative sector.
According to Lenovo News, the Yoga Book 9i is a popular laptop on the market that addresses the multifaceted digital needs of a new generation of customers who elevate creativity to a new level and gives them the power to achieve their goals whether they are working, producing, learning, or having fun.
Lenovo Yoga 9i (2023) Availability, Pricing
The Lenovo Yoga 9i for 2023 was unveiled at CES 2023 early this January, however, XDA-Developers reports that it will not go on sale until April, and will most likely be available straight from Lenovo first before distributing tech shops.
Lenovo states that the pricing will start at $1,499. This is a big increase over last year's price, but it is probably because this new model has a higher-end equipment as standard. The new Yoga 9i will include an Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM by default, and a 2.8K OLED panel, so that price makes a lot of sense based on the official spec sheet. The introduction of new configurations in the future is yet uncertain.
Lenovo Yoga 9i (2023) Known Technical Specs
ZDNet reports that the flexible Yoga Book 9i is built on the Intel® EvoTM architecture, offers dual-screen versatility, multi-mode capability, and improved entertainment options, making it more adaptable than a conventional clamshell laptop form factor.
Notably, the Lenovo Yoga 9i for 2023 is not changing all that much, but the biggest news for the Lenovo Yoga 9i (2023) is the release of 13th-generation Core processors from Intel. The new Core i7-1360P, in contrast to the Intel Core i7-1260P, can raise its performance cores up to 5GHz (up from 4.7GHz) and its efficiency cores to 3.7GHz (up from 3.4GHz). Intel claims that productivity performance will increase by 10%.

Additionally, Lenovo has removed the 8GB RAM choice, ensuring that you always get at least 16GB, and the Full HD+ display option, leaving just the most expensive OLED panels as alternatives. All of this results in a more high-end product, which helps to account for the higher beginning price.
