The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is potentially delaying its release date in 2023 to a much later date.
A tipster now explains why the upcoming flagship Android mobile device of the South Korean giant is likely to get a delayed debut.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Release Reportedly Delayed
As per the latest news story by Notebook Check, the release date of the Samsung Galaxy S23 lineup is likely to be pushed back by the renowned phone maker.
So if you are looking to upgrade to the next-generation Samsung flagship, you might have to wait longer.
A tipster, who goes by the Twitter username TheGalox_, suggests that the South Korean phone maker might be forced to move the release of its S23 series to a much later date.
But it seems that nothing is final just yet. Samsung is reportedly still considering the delay due to an alleged problem it is currently grappling with.
According to a recent report by Phone Arena, the current flagship lineup of the tech giant, the Galaxy S22 series, first saw the light of day last February 9. But it was only released on the last week of the month, or on Feb. 25, to be more precise.
On the other hand, the upcoming S23 series was initially expected to debut in the first week of February 2023. But a tipster now says that it might no longer be the case.
TheGalox_ predicts that the release date of the Galaxy S23 most likely ranges from mid to late Feb. Perhaps it is following the route that its predecessor took this year.

Why is Samsung Potentially Delaying its Release?
The tipster disclosed that the renowned tech giant is struggling with the pricing of its new flagship offering. And as such, the release might be pushed to a much later date.
That said, the pricing dilemma looks to be taking much time off the South Korean giant.
Notebook Check mentions in its news story that there are a few things to consider for the pricing. Samsung should put both its investors and customers in the picture. It should be competitive enough for the market, while also allowing tech firms to make profits from it. It should be a balance between the two.
Given that, Samsung could not merely guess the pricing of its new smartphone lineup. And given the current economic whirlwind, it might seriously affect the success of the Galaxy S23.
