A self-proclaimed iPhone hardware technician revealed a new iPhone 14 Pro Max mod with a Samsung-like curved display.
This modified iOS smartphone is not developed or owned by Apple.
The one that modified the iPhone 14 Pro Max is Twitter user @lipilipsi.
"I make curved display iPhone 14 pro max if u want to make this send me your phone we need to change middle frame," said the hardware technician via his official tweet.
The new iPhone 14 Max Mod Has a Curved Display
According to MacRumors' latest report, the modified iPhone 14 Pro Max has a display that curves at the edges.
With that, its screen looks a lot like the displays of Samsung Galaxy smartphones.
The self-proclaimed Apple employee posted a short clip of his iPhone 14 Pro Max mod.
The footage shows that the iOS handset's stainless steel was swapped with a new display; the technician retained all the other parts and only changed the screen.
Enthusiasts stated that this modified iPhone 14 Pro Max is reminiscent of Samsung Galaxy devices with curved screens.

Apple Users Don't Like It
Although the modified iOS device looks good, many Apple users disliked the curved display.
In the comment section, some Twitter users said that they prefer the flat screen. Other individuals even said that it is "ugly."
Previously, Phone Arena conducted a poll to see if smartphone owners prefer curved or flat screens. The majority of the participants (39.59%) chose the flat screen.
This just shows that many people really dislike the curved display. Pocket Now reported that curved screens have many disadvantages.
One of these is the expensive repairs. Smartphones with curved screens also feel bulkier compared to models with flat displays.
While modified smartphones are appearing on the internet, manufacturers are also preparing to launch their new smartphones.
These include the new Moto X40, which is expected to debut before December ends.
Previously, Samsung Galaxy A14 5G's specs were also leaked.
