It's that time of the year again for PlayStation fans to reminisce about what they have done this 2022. If Spotify has Spotify Wrapped 2022, Sony has PlayStation 2022 Wrap-Up for gamers.
This yearly feature lets them see their most-played video game titles in the last 12 months. It also lets them see other gaming stats, including the total hours of playtime and more.
How PlayStation 2022 Wrap-Up Works
According to Siliconera, your playing time on either PS4 or PS5 should reach at least 10 hours before you activate the PlayStation 2022 Wrap-Up.
Of course, you should always let Sony access your data on gaming, so they have information to put on the annual summary.
The report also suggests that if you're a gamer who currently resides in Russia, India, the Middle East, Europe, Australia, and Africa, there's a need for the console maker to gather "additional data" from your activity.
Siliconera says that the PlayStation 2022 Wrap-Up will cover the period from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. Since it's not yet 2023, all of your gaming data will still be recorded.
To see your year-end summary, you can visit the official website of Sony through this link. Upon landing on the page, your avatar and username will appear on the site. You can see them on top of the "Start Now" button.
You can do a lot of things after visiting the page. You can begin by knowing your score to obtain an Astro Bot avatar for free.
There are also several sections that you can explore, including the total hours spent on gaming, your top games, your PlayStation Plus year, and all your trophies earned.
The PlayStation 2022 Wrap-Up will present you with the top five most-played titles for the whole year on both PS4 and PS5. Meanwhile, the trophies will be broken down into categories.
Aside from the hours spent on PlayStation Plus, you will also see all of the free games available, as well as the video game titles that you have added to the library.

Does Nintendo Have the Same Tool?
According to IGN's report, Nintendo has also launched its own Review feature for fans who want to look for their game statistics all year round.
For Switch users, you will see the total hours and days that you spent playing each title on your console.
The Nintendo year-in-review does not end here. That's why the company created its own website where you can enable this tool. If you want to know your gaming records for 2022, don't forget to click and visit this link to see yours.
2023 is just around the corner, and you can continue playing your games on PS5 and Switch with your friends before Christmas drops in the next two weeks.
