Google Pixel Fold benchmark results might have leaked under the "Felix" moniker. The rumored foldable phone appeared in the database of Geekbench, giving away many details early on.
It includes its specs like chipset and potential performance. So it is highly likely that the search engine giant is now working on its first-ever foldable device. Early testing might now be ongoing.
On top of that, we could now also compare its performance to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4.
Google Pixel Fold Benchmark Results Leaks
As per the latest report by GSM Arena, a device that goes by the nickname Google Felix, presumably the long-rumored Pixel Fold, saw the light of day in the Geekbench database.
Its sudden appearance on the database revealed its benchmark results, suggesting the performance of the upcoming foldable device.
The Geekbench 5 score of Google Felix achieved a 1047 single-core score. For the multi-core test, it got a score of 3,257. This result was uploaded last December 3.
Given that, even if the renowned tech giant has kept mum about its rumored foldable offering, we seemingly got a glimpse of its performance.
Google Pixel Fold Specs Appear on Geekbench Database
Besides the benchmark results, the database leak went on to disclose its specs.
The "Felix" features a Tensor G2 chipset with up to 12 GB of RAM. So it seems that the rumored Pixel Fold features the same processor as the Pixel 7 Pro.
GSM Arena notes in its report that its benchmark results are also similar to the scores of the Pixel 7 Pro.
So it gives us an idea that the upcoming foldable is likely to flaunt the same performance we first saw in the latest Pixel flagship phone.
Early rumors suggest that the Pixel Fold offers a buttery smooth 120Hz 8-inch inner display, along with a 6.19 cover screen.
Rumor has it that the upcoming Pixel is debuting at the Google I/O this May 2023, starting at a hefty $1,800.

According to a recent news story by Sam Mobile, Samsung has been offering foldable devices for four years. And it looks like Google is planning to catch up.
But is the upcoming Pixel Fold faster than the Galaxy Z Fold 4? The latest benchmark results say otherwise.
Although the Google "Felix" results are impressive, it lags behind the scores of Galaxy Z Fold 4.
The Samsung foldable boasts a multi-core score of 4,028 and a single-core result of 1,337 points.
