Google shared how it made its Pixel Watch achieve an impressive 24 hours or all-day battery life.
While the renowned tech giant touts that the Pixel Watch lasts up to 24 hours before needing to plug in for a charge, it still depends on the usage and settings of its users.
That being said, Google was transparent enough to share how it achieved all-day battery life, including its activities and settings.
Google Pixel Watch: Does it Really Sport 24 Hours of Battery Life?
As per the latest news story by Phone Arena, Google debuted its Pixel Watch with a 294mAh battery. The tech behemoth claims that it enables the smart wearable to last up to 24 hours of battery life, allowing users to use it in a day without having to top up its battery.
However, the Pixel Watch maker clarified to its users that the battery life of the smartwatch still depends. It states that "charging times are approximate." For instance, "use of certain features will decrease battery life."
Phone Arena further reports that Google says it also depends on "usage, environment, and many other factors." Given all that, it admits that "actual battery life may be lower."
Apparently, all of these also apply to all other devices that run on batteries. But it looks like the tech giant is trying to be a bit safe here. It attempts to keep the expectations of its users to reality, preventing any disappointment.
