Xiaomi New Redmi Note 12 Series Comes with 210W Charging and 200 MP Cameras
According to the story by Giz China, Xiaomi was able to gain a lot of attention for the Redmi Note 12 series' different specs, like its 210W charging and 200 MP ISOCELL HPX cameras. Due to these specs, fans of Realme are waiting for the brand to make its move.
Since the two brands usually compete against one another, Realme's response to the new Redmi Note series is its new mid-range numbered series, its Realme 10 series. The new Realme 10 series is expected to launch in November, as per GSM Arena.
Realme 10 Series to Come in 4G and 5G Variants Along with Pro and Pro+ Options
The new Realme 10 series is expected to launch with two different vanilla variants, namely the 4G and 5G models, with an additional Realme 10 Pro and Realme Pro+. The brand started a teaser campaign for the new models with its main focus on three points of "leap=forward technologies."
The three different points that Realme is trying to focus on with the new models are performance, display, and design. The leaks note that the Realme 10 4G comes with an OLED screen and an under-the-hood Helio G99 SoC.
OLED Screen and 6.7-Inch LCD Screen Variants with OLED Variants Being an Advantage
The article by Giz China notes that an OLED screen can be considered a huge advantage, while the 5G variant carries a larger 6.7-inch LCD screen. The new Realme Pro+ comes with an innovative curved OLED display which is not common for mid-range phones.
Per performance, the vanilla 5G will be equipped with MediaTek's Dimensity chips. These chips are expected to be below the Dimensity 1080, as noted in an article by Notebook Check. The chips will be powering both the Pro variant and the Pro+ variant.

Realme 10 Pro Not Yet Confirmed but the Realme 10 Pro+ Specs have been Revealed
The article, however, notes that there has not been a lot of information available regarding the Realme 10 Pro, which is why it is hard for them to confirm whether it even exists at all. As for the Realme 10 Pro+, other details have already been released.
The Realme 10 Pro+ will have a 50 MP camera and a 120 Hz refresh screen. Unlike Xiaomi, Realme will not be focusing more on higher megapixels.
These Pro+ is expected to pack a 5,000 mAh battery with support for a 67W fast charger, while the vanilla phones will pack 33W fast charging. Although there might not be much to wow the public, the specs are still more than what other premium phones are packing.
