'God of War: Ragnarök' Story Trailer Unveils in State of Play
The PlayStation Blog detailed what was unveiled in the earlier showcase event of the company, centering on State of Play's release of the story trailer for "God of War: Ragnarök."
The story trailer drop provides the world with a new perspective on the upcoming title releasing for the world, centering on the franchise's successor which continues Kratos and Atreus' involvement in the Norse myth.
The pair are met with great foes from the Nordic beliefs, with the All-Father's oversight on what is happening on Midgard. It also shows the return of old weapons like the Blades of Chaos from the original trilogy, as well as the Leviathan Axe.
Atreus now leads their quest to know their destiny, with Kratos following in his son's footsteps.

'God of War: Ragnarök' and its Franchise
The world awaits the continuation of the story of the famous Greek demigod which toppled Olympus, now shifting its focus to Norse mythology, picking up from the story of the 2018 game "God of War." The game is one of the most famous titles in the franchise with its unique take on Kratos, now seeing a PC port on Steam for its new platform experience.
