The Intel Raptor Lake flagship CPU has not yet come out, but an early suggests that its specifications have been leaked online by the company.
The 13th-gen processor is the most awaited CPU that will come out soon. It reportedly boasts a 6GHz clock speed, one of the highly sought features of the users.
Intel Leaks Raptor Lake Specs in its Website
Based on the report by The Verge on Tuesday, Sept. 13, Intel unintentionally posted the leaked specs of the said CPU on its official website in Canada.
Before the processor maker deleted the information on the page, many users had already captured a quick screenshot of the details.
Back in February, Tech Times reported that the Raptor Laker CPU would allegedly arrive with 32 threads and 24 cores. The previous details matched the recently-spotted specs on the website.
According to the deleted post, the i9 13900k will feature a 5.4GHz maximum frequency for its cores. Meanwhile, the i7 13700k will debut with lesser cores (16) and threads 24). It will only notch 5.3GHz.
Last but not least, the i5 13600K has 20 threads and 14 cores. Additionally, it will have a 5.1 GHz maximum frequency on its performance cores.
Surprisingly, the leaked information matched what appeared on Igor's Lab's report last week.
As of writing, Intel has not yet disclosed the official launch date for the 13th Gen Raptor Lake CPUs. However, the company touted that it would be a much better version of the previous processor.
The chipmaker explained that it would feature a 41% improvement on the multi-threaded performance, while it will boast a 15% improvement on the single-threaded performance.
Intel i7-13700T Raptor Lake vs. Ryzen 7 5800X
In a leaked benchmark spotted by Wccftech earlier this week, Intel's Core i7-13700T Raptor Lake processor has the upper hand over its competitor: the 105 W Ryzen 7 5800 X and 125 Core i5-1260K.
The new Intel CPU will include the T-Series, Non-K series, and of course, the K-series on the new lineup. Primarily, the Intel processor beats its Ryzen counterpart regarding clock speed and performance cores and threads.
It's interesting to note how far Intel can go to compete with other brands. Throughout the years, several companies have shown improvements in their releases, yet Intel still appeared untapped by the ever-growing chip developments in the industry.
Last year, the leaked benchmark showed how Intel emerged as a more dominant chipmaker compared to AMD.
At the time, the Intel Alder Lake i9-12900K reportedly beat Ryzen 9 5950X. The screen capture of the score was spotted on Bilibili, a popular Chinese video viewing site.
