The new "Roblox" Festival Tycoon is now being criticized. This is quite unexpected since the music metaverse platform was created by the popular producer duo The Chainsmokers.
As of writing, they are still preparing together with "Roblox"-the upcoming Festival Tycoon platform.
"We've played 100s of festivals across the globe & we're bringing our expertise to @Roblox to help you build your own," said the American electronic DJs via their official Twitter account.
'Roblox' Festival Tycoon Now Criticized!
According to PC Games' latest report, many fans may be disappointed by the new Festival Tycoon since critics said that the musicians there may show mediocre performance.
Those familiar with the new metaverse music platform said the digital experience would start with a scavenger hunt in a virtual airport.
During this time, the players can collect letters and unlock digital rewards.
Various "Roblox" branded games already offer this mechanic, which many enthusiasts do not really enjoy.
Because of this, critics claimed that the new Festival Tycoon would be a "kiddie cash grab" experience. But, this is just one of the minor issues of the upcoming metaverse music platform.
Among the main issues is the Festival Tycoon's slow pace. Like other tycoon titles on "Roblox," this new platform also requires people to spend a lot of time acquiring the needed in-game currencies to unlock DJ booths, stages, and other items.
Those who are not patient will spend real money to accelerate their gaming pace.
Since this is the case, game enthusiasts explained that the new Festival Tycoon would be another "goofy" content on the popular block-building video game.
Festival Tycoon's Launch Date
The Chainsmokers announced that their new "Roblox" Festival Tycoon platform would arrive as early as Sept. 9. This new in-game content will specifically roll out at 7:00 p.m. EDT.
The music duo added that the metaverse music fest will repeat at the same time, every weekend, until Sept. 10. If you want further details about the new Festival Tycoon, you can visit this link.
