Tesla's EV charging network is considered among the top (sometimes the best) models in the electric car industry.

Thanks to its advanced features, many consumers can easily power up their Tesla vehicles, allowing them to reach their desired destinations.

Because of the rising demand for the Tesla Supercharger service, the giant EV developer is making efforts to ensure that all consumers can use the network in the future.

Now, Tesla is looking to expand its Supercharger network in Canada by doubling up its Canadian design team.

More Tesla Supercharger Stations to Arrive in Canada

According to Electrek's latest report, the Tesla Supercharger has been making drastic efforts in Canada since stations opened in the country way back in 2014.

Aftermath the victory, Tesla told the site owners that the average monthly visits to the Supercharger stations in Canada drastically increased; 2,000 to 3,000 in the Toronto area and 2,000 to 5,000 in Vancouver.

In order to keep up with the rising Supercharger demands in the country, the automaker decided to hire more employees that could help its Canadian Tesla Supercharger, the design team.

"This is why Tesla is doubling our specialized Canadian team to lead the charge from coast to coast! Check out the multiple roles available linked to my profile," said Tesla Supercharger Design Lead Jase Zampini via his official LinkedIn account.

What is Tesla Looking for?

As of press time, the giant automaker is looking for the people for its Canadian Supercharger design team. Interested applicants must have expertise in the following job roles:

  • Site permitting
  • Construction feasibility and due diligence
  • Electric utility service requests
  • Cost control
  • Project closeout documentation
  • Site layout and design (civil & electrical)

Once Tesla successfully hires the needed experts for its design team in Canada, new station deployments are expected to be faster and more efficient.

Efforts like this are clearly helping the automaker's fast-charging network to have the upper hand against other EV charging services.

Green Car Reports even claimed that it is the highest-ranking EV charging service when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Previously, Aptera suggested that the Tesla Superchargers and plugs should be the new EV standard in the United States.

On the other hand, the Tesla Supercharger Starlink integration is expected to provide a better EV charging experience.
