Samsung's game streaming service, the Samsung Gaming Hub, is now bringing its offerings to a total of over 1000 games. The addition of new titles is all thanks to the addition of Amazon Luna.
Game Streaming Services are Starting to Gain More Attention
According to the story by XDA Developers, traditional gaming through consoles or PC will still continue to dominate, but it looks like game streaming services have also started to find positive momentum. These types of services give gamers an alternative way to play video games either at home or even on the go.
Samsung Gaming Hub was initially released nearing the end of June, and upon its release, it allowed 2022 Samsung Smart TV and Smart Monitor series owners to gain instant access to a wide library of streaming games that already come from some of the world's leading game streaming services.
Addition of Amazon Luna Gives Players Access to Over a Thousand Games
An announcement was just made regarding Samsung adding Amazon Luna to its Gaming Hub platform. This allows players to gain access to more games within the service. Amazon Luna was initially only available to users that were located inside the United States.
The service reportedly offers different tiers, with the most affordable one being $2.99 per month while the most expensive one being $17.99 per month. Certain examples of the tiers available include a retro tier, a family tier, and a tier that gives players access to Ubisoft.
How to Get Amazon Luna for Free
There is also another tier that is offered for free to Amazon Prime members. Each tier reportedly offers a different roster of games for players to try out each month.
In the past, Samsung Gaming Hub partners included some heavy hitters, including Nvidia, Xbox, Google Stadia, and Utomik, as well as others. Due to the Samsung Tizen software optimization, the Samsung Gaming Hub will provide really crisp graphics as well as some pretty solid performance.
Samsung Gaming Hub Connects with Controllers or Your Smartphone
The advantage of the Samsung Gaming Hub, as pointed out by XDA Developers, is that players can still enjoy the service despite not having a controller. For players that don't have controllers, there is an option for them to use their smartphone instead.
Aside from controllers, the Samsung Gaming Hub reportedly offers support for different external hardware. This means that users will be able to pair up their existing Amazon Luna controller in order to get the best experience out of the service.

Samsung Gaming Hub Includes Support for Media Streaming Through YouTube and Spotify
Gaming Hub users will be able to connect their Amazon Luna controller seamlessly or any other controller without running into issues. Controllers will automatically connect every single supported service, even without the need to pair them individually.
The Samsung Gaming Hub service will also provide support for media streaming with services just like YouTube and Spotify.
