SpaceX is looking at taking the next step for its Starship venture, and it would be to bring the rocket for test launches and determine its capabilities for future use. The test launches will come soon, as the Starship is already on the launch pad in Texas, and it is using the Mechazilla catching arms to help keep it standing on Boca Chica.
SpaceX Starship: Getting Ready for Test Launch in Boca Chica
According to Daily Mail UK, the Starship is preparing for its launch tests in its facility and launch pad in Boca Chica, Texas, and SpaceX will get its chance to bring the spacecraft to its full potential. The report said that the Starship is already standing with the mechanical arms that will hold it upright, and it would also be the technology it would use to catch the spacecraft on its return.
SpaceX has been long waiting for this opportunity to come, and it is because it has faced massive delays since the start of 2022 regarding its approval to test its rocket. The environmental review is near its end, and the company would have to change a lot on its end to adhere to this, but with all that done, SpaceX may proceed to its launches.

Starship is Already Standing with Mechazilla in Texas
A tweet by SpaceX confirms the arrival of the Super Heavy Booster rocket with 33 Raptor engines installed in it has already arrived in the orbital launch pad in Boca Chica. The full stack of the spacecraft is also present there, and it is already mounting onto Mechazilla, the rocket catcher SpaceX would use for its departure and arrival from and to the surface.
Starship's Future Missions with SpaceX
There were several delays regarding the approval of the Starship for its test launches in the Boca Chica facility. The Federal Aviation Authority took a long process for its environmental review. It is considering the opinion of the affected residents in Boca Chica, as it would also disrupt their way of life regarding traffic and the launch itself.
The plan for Mars is still the end goal for the Starship, and the Elon Musk company will aim to create more than 1,000 Starships in total for multi-planetary experiences. The Starship seeks to bring people to outlying areas in space, and it promises to endure the entire mission or operation once it is active and cleared for its launch.
The Starship is only taking its first step towards its future space missions, and it is to test the full stack of the spacecraft.
SpaceX aims to bring the public to more places and discover space like what Musk envisions, as humans are meant for multi-planetary life and not staying on the planet as they did in the past. For now, the Starship will have to test its capabilities to launch to orbit before going to its destinations for its next ventures.
