SpaceX and Dish Network are still fighting over the use of the 12Ghz band for 5G network. The independent space company already shared why it is against using this spectrum.
Elon Musk's aerospace agency explained that if Dish Network decided to use this technology, it could drastically affect Starlink consumers since SpaceX's internet service would experience serious outages.
To negate this idea, Dish Network decided to conduct its own 12Ghz band analysis.
Based on the findings of the American television provider, the use of this radio spectrum will not affect Starlink and other similar broadband services.
But, SpaceX claims this is a 12Ghz band analysis of Dish Network is a faulty one.

But, SpaceX said this is false, claiming that the FCC should not allow it since there is no reasonable reason.
"SpaceX urges the Commission to investigate whether Dish and [Dell-owned] RS Access filed intentionally misleading reports," said the independent aerospace company.
As of writing, FCC hasn't made any comment regarding the new analysis of Dish Network, as well as the claim of SpaceX. But, the television company is already working with professional engineers to check the complaint of SpaceX.
How Can 12Ghz Band Affect SpaceX Starlink?
CNBC reported that using 12Ghz band tech can drastically affect Starlink internet services, especially across the United States.
SpaceX claimed that FCC allows Dish Network to continue its plan, Starlink users will experience outages and other broadband connectivity issues 74% of the time.
If this really happens, the space company claims that Starlink will no longer be usable for most Americans. You can visit this link to see further details about SpaceX's claims.
