"Experiments aboard the Dragon capsule include studies of the immune system, wound healing, soil communities, and cell-free biomarkers," said NASA via its official blog post.

The international space union added that there would also be Earth dust composition mapping, as well as alternative concrete testings.

  • Earth Surface Mineral Dust Source Investigation (EMIT)
  • Immunosenescence investigation
  • ESA's Suture In Space investigation
  • NASA Division of Biological and Physical Sciences' DynaMoS experiment
  • ISS National Lab's Genes in Space-9 investigation

These are just some of the activities once SpaceX's Dragon capsule reaches ISS. You can visit this link to see their exact details.

More SpaceX Missions To Help NASA

Recently, NASA announced a new contract with SpaceX that will allow it to take advantage of more space missions from the independent agency.

The international space union will be able to use five more space launches by SpaceX. Since this is launching rockets to space is quite expensive, NASA needs to pay around an increase in its $3.5 billion contracts.

This just shows that SpaceX is growing further in the space industry. But, it still has a lot of things to do, especially since there are some issues it needs to address.

In May, experts warned that SpaceX's South Texas expansion could endanger shorebirds.

Meanwhile, the 12th SpaceX Falcon 9 mission recently happened.
