There is a crisis within Tesla, and its Service Centers face massive backlogs due to a lack of workers to focus on vehicles and not being able to deliver on its same-day repair promises for drivers. Now, its solution is to add more workers, but a report allegedly claims that it will send out inexperienced or untrained ones to work on its vehicles.
Tesla Service Faces Problems, Untrained Workers Coming
A report by Electrek claims that Tesla is facing service problems now, and the lack of its technicians and workers push back the repairs on the vehicles, with present employees having their hands complete. The company allegedly came up with the solution of sending untrained workers to their repair centers to expedite its service processes.
There are ways to book a service in Tesla's present locations near a person's area, and drivers may have it via an online appointment or walk-in. However, it is more advisable to focus on booking an appointment before dropping in as there is a massive backlog on their repairs, and it might not list a person down or have their repairs done during the day.

Disaster or Crisis-Averted for Tesla Repairs?
It is unknown if the repairs of the company will work with its inexperienced and untrained drivers, especially as electric vehicles are new to society among workers in the industry. The odds are unknown if they will deliver on its promises or put the car in a more delicate situation as its workers have no extensive knowledge regarding what to do.
Tesla Repairs and Service Centers
There was once a solution made by Tesla regarding its repairs for the public, and it was effective before the pandemic where the public got to access a direct-to-home service from the company. It is with Tesla's Mobile Service that would send out its employees to a Tesla owner's home and work on the clean energy car themselves.
Of course, an electric vehicle would have a different service than internal combustion engines as it does not have many components that an ICE car has on its engine bay. Most of the Tesla and other EV systems are on its drivetrain that has the batteries, electric motors, wheels, and other components present in the car.
Tesla previously promised a way to get a better service from the company with the same-day repairs that it unveiled earlier this month.
Now, it is aiming to expedite its repair further as there have been problems with its service that lacks employees but faces a large number of customers from its growing fleet. The move to send in workers that have not yet been trained to fix the car and urge them to learn along the way may lead to disaster or success, with unknown odds at the moment.
