Xiaomi's plan to launch the new Poco C40 is set for June 16, but the Vietnam branch went ahead. The Vietnam branch announced that the new Poco will be released a week earlier than its launch date.
The New Budget Phone
Powered by the JLQ Technology, the Poco C40 will be the new budget phone and will come with a JR510 chipset. The chipset is developed on the 11nm process and has an eight-core structure with four-core at 2.0GHz, while the other four work at 1.5GHz. The device is expected to perform like the Snapdragon 450 and Helio G35.
The chipset is very interesting because it did not go with the usual Qualcomm, MediaTek or Unisoc chip, and the company decided to go with the Shanghai-based semiconductor manufacturer.
It comes with a 6.71 IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution. Moreover, it has a single RAM option-4 GB and a 64 GB internal storage.
The connectivity options include a dual SIM card slot, 4G, a dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS, and a USB Type-C port. It also comes with a MicroSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Poco C40 also comes with a 13 MP main camera with a battery capacity at 6,000 Mah with 18W charging.
It is available in three colors, specifically, black, yellow, and green.
Those who are planning to get this in Vietnam, keep in mind that retailers are only accepting registrations at this time. Then, the device will go on sale in the country on June 17.

Xiaomi 12 Ultra

It may possibly feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED panel, along with a 50 MP primary camera, a 48 MP wide-angle lens, and a 48 MP periscope lens. While the front camera will feature a 20MP sensor.
Other features include a curved display, a ceramic back, and an aluminum frame. It is also reported that it will weigh around 234 grams, which truly means that it is on the heavier side. However, Xiaomi has not confirmed anything yet. With that, let us wait for news soon.
