Apple got many unionization movements in different branches of its retail stores. The company may not have been prepared for this until this recent report claims Apple gave managers scripts. The alleged scripts are key points or a guide to deflect and contradict the workers forming a union in their respective branches to talk them out of doing it.
Apple Brings Anti-Union Scripts for Retail Managers
Forming a union is a big deal for many employees and companies, as they will have governing bodies to look into labor conditions in the company, and losing here would mean a lot for workers. According to Vice, Apple is looking into methods that will prevent its employees and workers from unionizing, and it is through scripts.
These scripts contain guides and several phrases that will help retail managers to control the employees under their branch, and it would help persuade them that forming a union is a bad idea.

Apple Does Not Want a Union, says Reports
Vice included an embedded document in its report about an allegedly leaked memo that Apple sent out to its retail manager. It explains how unionizing would be a wrong move for employees. Retail managers would be concerned about delivering it to their employees looking to unionize against the Cupertino company.
As per The Verge's report, there are several anti-union actions from Apple in the development of the case, as the company hired lawyers that will help them throughout this case.
Apple and the Unionization of Workers
Apple got several reports of employees and some of its workers forming a union in several branches in the country, and these people want a better and fair workplace treatment from the Cupertino giant. However, there are reports that Apple is going against the union and do not want it to push through.
Now, the tug-of-war begins with the company and its employees.
Back in February, there were reports regarding a secret formation by employees that are coming together to form a union and launch their case to the governing entity. The said employees were launching their complaint to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and it would bring the many issues they have in their current work set up with Apple.
May saw the first unionization to step up against the Cupertino giant, and it was with the Maryland branch that demanded this change in the work setup.
Now, the unionization within the Apple company has invited other branches and given them the idea or courage to bring their case to the NLRB. However, Apple is reportedly against this movement and is using its retail managers to prevent it from happening through the scripts that would convince them to stop their movement.
