Google Android Rolls Out 'Delete Last 15 Min' Feature—Plans for Other Platforms Now Considered

Google Android finally received a new feature that was first available in iOS. The "Delete Last 15 Min" option was first introduced during the Google I/O event last May 2021.

Those who still don't have the new browser function need to wait for a couple of weeks until the latest option is completely rolled out.

"We're currently rolling this feature out on the Google app for Android and expect it to be available to everyone using the app in the next few weeks," said Google's spokesperson, Ned Adriance.

He added that they are still creating new ways how to expand the new "Delete Last 15 Min" option to other platforms. If you want to check this new feature, you need to open your Google Android app.

After that, click your profile picture and look for the "Delete Last 15 Min" option. If the feature is not available yet, just be patient. It will definitely arrive on your account sooner than you think.

Google Enhances iOS-To-Android Transfer Experience

Aside from the new "Delete Last 15 Min" option, Google is also working on a new tool that will allow iOS users to transfer all their data to Android, as reported by XDA Developers.

Right now, both Android and iOS consumers find it difficult to move their app data to other devices. But, this might soon change once the new Google "Switch to Android" application arrives on the iOS platform.

In other news, Google's Last Mile Fleet Solution has been launched. Meanwhile, Google Docs received a new feature that makes email drafting easier.
