'Batman: Arkham Collection': List of Games Coming to Switch
Sony PlayStation's "Batman: Arkham Collection" lists three games from Rocksteady and Warner Bros. when it was first released in 2019 and these are the famous AAA-rated games from the franchise.
It is currently on sale for $8.99 from $59.99 until Feb. 17.
The games include "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "Batman: Arkham City" in its Game of the Year Edition, together with "Batman" Arkham Knight."
The actual release would vary when it sees an announcement from what Nintendo and Warner would offer with the likes of the Premium Edition, Game Pass, and more.
Batman Games and Rocksteady Studios
There have been a lot of speculations for a new Batman game coming to the gaming world from its publisher and rights owner, Warner Bros. Montreal. However, that information was from 2020 and did not get an update after the teaser from the gaming and multimedia company.
Still, fans are waiting for its next installment as the last game from the series is from 2015 with the titular "Batman: Arkham Knight" and the 2016 "Batman: Arkham VR."
Rocksteady and Warner Bros. worked together since "Arkham Asylum" was released in 2009 and continued to make its sequel, "Arkham City" in 2011. However, for a time, both stopped working when Warner worked with Splash Damage to bring "Batman: Arkham Origins" which was released in 2013.
The possibility of an "Arkham Collection" for the Nintendo Switch is massive and it is because of the same title coming to different consoles in the past to bring the Dark Knight's famous games in one.
Nevertheless, gamers would have to wait for Nintendo, Rocksteady Studios, and Warner Bros.'s official statement for its release in the hybrid console before getting too excited and anticipating the game. The information above is based on rumors and leaks for now, without actual confirmation from its companies.
