Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey wrote a mysterious tweet on Twitter that caught a lot of attention from cryptocurrency investors. The move happened following Bitcoin's sudden price hike at an all-time level.
Jack Dorsey's Tweet Surprises Crypto Fans
According to a report by Bloomberg on Wednesday, Oct.20, many commenters replied to the latest tweet of the Twitter head. At that time, Dorsey tweeted six numbers that sparked curiosity among social media users.
The particular tweet involving "705742" has left some users in deep thinking. One user wrote in a reply that the singular figure pertains to Bitcoin's price target.
Another Twitter user guessed that it could be the cryptocurrency's block number. For some investors, this tweet could open a lot of possibilities about the world's biggest digital currency.
Tweets about cryptocurrencies are not new anymore to Dorsey. Last time, he noted that Square is preparing to build a bitcoin mining system from the hardware wallet model.
Moreover, Dorsey said that it would be developed to extend more collaborations across the crypto community.
Back in September, the social media platform revealed that it would now allow users to send tips using Bitcoin. The capability of the platform would let the traders receive tips, as well.
Bitcoin's Value Rolls at All-Time High
Recently, Forbes wrote in its article that Bitcoin had reached another milestone in its price this year. At the time of writing, the value of the most popular crypto hit as much as $64,309.33, as per CoinDesk.
The all-time high price of the digital currency in April, however, was still higher than the recent price hike. The current trading power was recorded at less than 1% compared to the April data.
Along with Bitcoin, another asset enjoyed a similar perk of the price surge. The ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF was officially launched on the New York Stock Exchange.
According to some crypto analysts, this exchange-traded fund would be connected to future contracts rather than being a spot-based ETF.
Jack Dorsey Believes in Bitcoin's Power to Unite the World
In August, Tech Times reported that Dorsey tweeted that he believed Bitcoin's supremacy and power to change the world. The post has a current number of more than 5,000 tweets and 30 likes.
What Dorsey pointed out was how Bitcoin would bind a "deeply divided country." At that time, he did not drop down any specific country in his tweet.
For those who are always watching Dorsey's tweet about Bitcoin, the strong connection between them could not be compared. For many years, the Twitter CEO was showing his strong support for the mentioned cryptocurrency.
At the time of the publication, the report also added that BTC's performance was slowly climbing from $45,000 to $46,000. The growth accounted for over 6%, together with a significant climb of 17.26%.
